RESERVATIONS: To confirm your reservation, you must pay 50% of the total price of your stay. All payments must be made in euros.

SPECIAL OFFERS

• Online reservations: 10% discount.
• Long stays (more than 7 days): 15% discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation fee to be applied to the reservation amount will be as follows:

• 50% Booking Value: Cancellations up to 14 days before Check-In.
• 100% Booking Value: Cancellations less than 14 days before Check-In.
• Non-Refundable: Reservations with more than 7 days.

ACCEPTANCE: Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions

USER: The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.

OCCUPANTS: The client can only host the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartments and according to the contracted rate.

INFORMATION: All information provided by the user is stored on a secure server, ensuring that only the booking team will have access for booking purposes and communication with the customer regarding promotions and future offers.

TOURISM FEE: The Municipal Tourism Tax is included in the online booking price, €1.5 per person/night (from 16 years old) and for a maximum of 4 consecutive days of stay. This fee will only be charged between March and October.

PAYMENT: At Check In, all outstanding amounts will be charged, as well as the Municipal Tourist Tax in the case of reservations made through portals such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO or Holidu.

CLEANING: The apartment will be made available to the client properly cleaned. The client undertakes to leave the apartment reasonably clean, with no garbage or food leftovers.

EQUIPMENT: The client undertakes to leave the apartment in the same circumstances in which he found it when entering, with regard to the preservation of furniture and equipment.

NEIGHBORS:All occupants of the apartment undertake to respect the neighbors of the building and neighboring houses, and not to make disturbing noises or play music at an inappropriate volume. We reserve the right to terminate this contract with immediate effect and without compensation in the event of a serious breach of these rules.

CHANGES: We reserve the right to change the rented apartment to one with similar or better characteristics in case of force majeure, such as occupancy or defects that occur suddenly after the booking date. These changes will not incur any cost to the customer.
