Avenida Residence is located in a building that has belonged to our family since the early 20th century, in the heart of the historic centre of Braga in a pedestrian area. Be enchanted by the energy of a 1-bedroom apartment, renovated and equipped with the main utensils to ensure a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift access and is designed for guests. It has 1 bedroom, a suite with a double bed and a small balcony, a kitchen with a hob, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils, a dining table for 4, a living room with a sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi internet and 2 fully equipped bathrooms with shower.
The Municipal Tourist Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The price is €1.50/person/night (over 15 years old), with a maximum of 4 nights' stay charged throughout the year. It is paid directly with Sé Apartamentos.
We are not responsible for failures in services such as electricity, water, internet and TV.
