Tudo foi perfeito - acomodação, localização, limpeza, equipamento do quarto com eletrodomésticos e acessórios. O mau isolamento acústico da rua e das instalações vizinhas causa alguns problemas. Todos os sons penetram facilmente no quarto e na sala.

Você deve resolver o problema do aquecedor do banheiro e instalar corretamente o suporte do chuveiro no banheiro. É necessário resolver o problema de ventilação dos apartamentos, caso contrário acumula-se humidade e pode surgir bolor.
