Avenida Residence is located in a building that has belonged to our family since the beginning of the 19th century. XX in the heart of the historic center of Braga in a pedestrian area. Let yourself be conquered by the energy of a 2 bedroom apartment, refurbished and equipped with the main utensils for you to have a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and is designed for guests. It has 2 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and the other also with a double bed, kitchenette with stove, toaster, electric kettle, mini-fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils, dining table for 4, living room, TV and Wi-Fi Internet and 2 complete bathrooms with shower.
The Municipal Tourism Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The price is €1.50/person/night (over 15 years old), with a maximum of 4 nights' stay charged from March and October. Paid directly with Sé Apartamentos.
We will not be held responsible for failure of services such as electricity, water, Internet and TV.
