The Avenida Residence is located in a building that has belonged to our family since the early 20th century, in the heart of the historic centre of Braga in a pedestrian area. Be enchanted by the energy of a 2-bedroom apartment, renovated and equipped with the main utensils to ensure a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift access and is designed for guests. It has 2 bedrooms, a suite with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a kitchen with a hob, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils, a dining table for 4 people, a living room, TV and Wi-Fi internet and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The Municipal Tourist Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The price is €1.50/person/night (over 15 years old), with a maximum stay of 4 nights charged throughout the year. It is paid directly with Sé Apartamentos.
We are not responsible for failures in services such as electricity, water, internet and TV.

We were in Braga for the Dance World Cup and the accommodation certainly met our expectations. The location was perfect as it was fairly close to the Altice Forum and a matter of metres away from the main square.

In the apartment, the beds were very comfortable, having two shower rooms with toilet was amazing, especially as we are a family of four. Having a washing machine and dryer is also a huge bonus! Lots of wardrobe space too. |

As mentioned, the apartment is wonderful. The only things I can think of would be to have the TV linked to the internet to enable us to watch streaming platforms, a chair on the balcony would be nice and a clothes rack to dry clothes that shouldn’t bsee more

But none of these points made our stay any worse though
