Located in the heart of the historic centre, close to the main tourist attractions, the 'Ao Pé da Sé' accommodation is a 2-bedroom apartment, renovated and equipped with the main utensils to ensure a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor WITH ACCESS ONLY BY STAIRS, fully equipped and furnished, ideal for those travelling with family and wishing to enjoy a pleasant stay.
On the first floor there is a living room with TV and Wi-Fi Internet, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils, a dining room and a balcony. This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed.
The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The Municipal Tourism Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The amount will only be charged throughout the year.
We are not responsible for service failures such as electricity, water, Internet and TV.

It's a lovely apartment with bells of the cathedral chiming in the background in the old historic part of beautiful Braga. Having A/C during the hot weather in July 2024 was essential. I loved the little balcony area to have a glass of beer and look out at the church.

It's a big pity the place does not have a lift - and I guess that wouldn't be on the cards to install it. I don't think it is suitable for people with mobility impairments and you would need to be fit after a day out to get up 4 flights of stairs.

The shower needs some sort of mat so that it is safe to use as the shower floor is very slippy when wet and could cause a fall quite easily. It would be handy to have a manual to work the TV for the odd night you might like to stay in. I hadn't a clue of Portuguese when I turned it on so didn't know what to do. Also, you mentioned putting out rubbish before leaving - but failed to say where the nearest bin collection disposal point was. |
